7 The entire regional center is considered when proving jobgrowth. A particular project may not create the desired jobgrowth yet another may create more than its ten jobsper investor. We are allowed to look at the entireRegional Center job growth not just a single project. Incontrast, other immigrant investor programs (those which are notRegional Centers) are restricted to particular projects for proof ofjob growth and are restricted to showing only direct jobs.CMB Export fully recognizes the need to make wise andprudent investments. Our main focus for the foreign national investorhas always been simple. We have concentrated on two investmentprincipals: • to structure our investment such that it qualifiesour foreign national investor’s for a permanent EB-5 investorvisa; and • to invest our Foreign National investor’s fundsin as safe an investment that can be found andcomplies with the at risk requirement such that the returnof their basic principal is highly likely. He has nearlytwo decades of experience in the law as well asbusiness management. He has served as a director of atrade association in the food and beverage industry and thedeputy chief of staff for a former member of theU.S. House of Representative. Mr. Hurley has advised companiesin the areas of antitrust, mergers and acquisitions, government affairs,bankruptcy and litigation.
